Highly recommend Ali and his team at Majestic heating. They were the only ones to propose a dual fuel solution that enabled me to install a heat pump condenser while keeping my existing Gas furnace as backup, and flexibly switch between them. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. From my first phone call with Ali, I felt confident in his professionalism and decided to hire them for a new HVAC installation.
When Ali came for the initial quote, he arrived with his crew in two vehicles, which immediately showed their commitment and readiness. They conducted a thorough review of my home's layout before providing a detailed estimate. The entire process, including pulling the necessary permits, was smooth and hassle-free.
On the day of installation, Ali and two professional installers arrived in two vehicles. This was a notable difference from other companies, who often send just one installer and a helper. This team was truly exceptional; one installer focused entirely on the indoor unit while the other handled the outdoor unit.
The team started at 8 AM and worked diligently until after 5 PM. They took care of everything, from removing the old unit to installing the new one, and even handled all the cleanup and recycling. The crew was friendly and accommodating, listening to my various requests. Ali was present throughout the entire installation, addressing all my concerns one by one. I felt I had made an excellent choice by hiring this team.
Even though I had purchased the latest ACIQ unit myself online, they installed it without issue and provided a 2-year labor warranty. We are now just waiting for the final permit inspection. Overall, the company's team is friendly and hardworking, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.
