When our A/C stopped working, the home warranty folks said the earliest they could get someone out was a month and a half away!
I contacted Majestic Heating and Cooling, and they were able to get someone out the very next day. Ahmad came out and quickly determined the issue, which required a new compressor family motor. They got the parts the following day and came out to perform the repair the day after.
Even though the job before ours took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, Ahmad still came out as promised, despite the lateness of the hour. Much appreciated! He went above and beyond to ensure we didn't go another day without a working A/C system.
I found Majestic to be first-rate, professional, and extremely responsive. I look forward to future business!

Majestic was the most responsive and made time for me same day. One issue is that we were misaligned on what service was included in the given price. I suggest they write down a menu of different options to avoid this confusion. Still very happy.
