I take a comprehensive history from each client and together we formulate a criminal defense strategy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the National District College and worked as a senior Deputy District Attorney and tried every type of criminal case including death penalty murder cases. Since going into private criminal defense practice I have represented thousands of satisfied clients.
I personally argued a case in the United States Supreme Court.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Yes and no. My minimum fee for any case begins at $2,500 and goes up depending on the seriousness of the offense and my client's prior criminal history if any.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a senior deputy district attorney for 10 years.

Individuals who have no prior criminal history to clients who have extensive criminal backgrounds who want the highest, most
affordable qualified lawyer to resolve their case at the lowest possible damage.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My client was accused of illegally recording a conversation. Within about 6 weeks the case dismissed after the client performed some charitable work.
