- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of Junk Removal is more expensive then you think and the time is not just us showing up loading and driving away once we have your junk it needs to go to the actual dump or even the landfill (sometimes) which could take an additional 1-2 hours (sometimes) 3 hours if it’s a landfill run.

Introduction then asking what work or services you need done exactly. Explaining and showing typical dump costs and processes.
