FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is based on the specific scope of work, site conditions, access, disposal requirements, and safety compliance involved in each project. As a fully licensed and insured demolition contractor, our pricing reflects proper labor, equipment, hauling, recycling, and legal disposal at approved facilities. We do not cut corners or operate without insurance. Every estimate is transparent, clearly outlined, and tailored to ensure the job is completed safely, legally, and professionally from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult with the client, verify scope and site conditions, provide a written proposal, schedule upon approval, confirm utilities, complete safe demolition and hauling, perform final cleanup, issue invoice, and follow up after completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training and education comes from hands-on, field-based experience combined with state-required licensing and safety certifications. We hold the appropriate California contractor licensing for demolition, which requires verified journey-level experience, passing state trade and law exams, and maintaining bonding and insurance. In addition, our team is trained in OSHA job-site safety standards, proper equipment operation, structural demolition procedures, debris handling, and recycling compliance. We also stay current with California building regulations, local city requirements, and environmental guidelines to ensure every project is completed safely, legally, and professionally.
