Our company doesn't accept personal checks as a form of payment. Cancellation policy Our cancellation policy is that our company must be given 72 hours notice if the customer must cancel their move. please note that customer is solely responsible for the parking arrangement during the move as well as parking tickets. DDT By the law of California, every licensed company must charge clients DDT (double drive time). DDT is not included in the 3-hour minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer speaking with them by phone rather than email. I think you can explain the process and charges better by phone, so that way we the company and the customer are in the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing moves by myself and by helping family and friends with their move. Since then I have dedicated myself in moving peoples belongings from one place to another.
