Mr. Barnes responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was extremely knowledgeable about the documentation I needed for my childs passport permission. My husband was traveling and couldnt attend the appointment with me, and Mr. Barnes took the time to review the letter I had written and provided the official form that would be approved for processing.
