FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes filing and service depending on the location of the parties. Pricing is very flexible because not only do I work with individuals I also work with people who want to create a amicable dissolution or would like to have their will and trust done for a married couple and/or maybe additional family members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because every case is different I like to open up with a client intake form. This way my clients aren’t paying to tell me everything regarding their case. The money you spend to hire me is spent on me doing the work. Short zoom meetings or calls help when needed but primarily I’m creating your documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Deanza College because they have additional accreditation from the American Bar Association.I have a Paralegal Associates Degree. I also have a Sociology and Liberal Art Associate Degrees. My education prepared me to understand people and cultures and behavior. I then worked as a Paralegal at the Santa Clara County Public Defenders office and got to know criminal law as well as juvenile court. I really enjoyed that experience. While I was at San Jose State University I took classes in the Justice Studies expungement program to learn how to write expungement petitions for those with a criminal record. I also worked in Civil law as well. Discovery is a very exciting work. I enjoyed every branch of law I have been a part of.
