We recently hired Avera Roofing & Remodeling for a full tile roof replacement on our home in San Jose, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.Replacing a tile roof is a major project, but our project manager, Shahar, made the process remarkably seamless. Shahar was communicative, organized, and on top of every detail from the initial estimate through final cleanup. He kept us updated on timelines daily, addressed all our questions immediately, and ensured the job site remained clean and safe throughout the teardown and installation. The crews craftsmanship was top notch, and the new tile roof looks incredible and is built to last. If you are looking for high quality roofing work and reliable project management in the South Bay, I highly recommend Avera and especially Shahar.

I had 3 different contractors come out to look at my roof (concrete tile), and Shahar was by far the most detailed in his assessment and reasonable price. The repair work was detailed, efficient, and completely stress-free. Highly recommend Avera Roof.
