Though I didn’t choose rooter at the end, I still want to provide some feedbacks. I was told the onsite assessment is free but actually it isn’t. The technician would charge $44 for “diagnose” unless the issue is “visible and no inspection needed “. So I just described the issue and let him go. Eventually I got a $400+ estimate , while other plumbers offer $200 estimate even without coming onsite. I don’t know the point of advertising “free onsite assessment “ here, we are wasting everyone’s time. Be honest about the onsite charge and save everyone’s time
