Jameson is a rare professional to find these days- extremely knowledgeable, communicative and honest. He was able to come for an inspection very quickly, scheduling was very convenient, and provided a written report within hour of the inspection. We ended up not having a termite infestation, however Jameson spent considerable time educating us on handling other pest problems we have. He didn’t try to upsell anything, and was super honest in his inspection. He takes utmost care that the home is not dirtied at all during the inspection. If us or anyone we know needs termite care, we would be recommending Jameson!

The termite inspection was arranged rapidly, the inspector (Jameson) arrive on schedule. He listened to my input, thoroughly inspected around the house and in the attic, provided photos of everything found, explained his extermination recommendation, and provided a comprehensive quote. I feel confident in the company's ability to definitively solve the problem at a fair price.

Stop scrolling. You found the guy!Saw a sub swarm in my yard so I know the homewreckers have moved in. I don't want to tent my house so I did a bunch of research to see what services are available and start making phone calls. I also want to work with a small business because I'm sick of the used car salesman approach that the big companies use. Beware! There are a lot of companies that contract their service so they can claim small business status, but in reality, they are not. These folks will charge you for everything and don't really know anything about these bugs. Enter Jameson. This guy comes out to take a look and I pepper him with questions for probably an hour. Walking around my property, he found drywood termites that I didn't notice even though I walk by the damage everyday. He looked at everything I thought could be termite evidence and instantly told me what it was. No hesitation, no scratching his head in thought, I don't think I heard him say 'um' the entire time we talked. After the inspection, he hands me a sheet of paper with a map of the crawlspace of my home which shows me where they are, what kind they are, and the damage they have caused. Wow! You'll never get that from the major corporations. He also confirmed what I thought about tenting. Tenting doesn't kill what's in the ground. So after you tent your home, if you don't treat the ground around your home and underneath it, they're just going to come right back and keep eating it. He is very personable, patient, and answered every single question I had without hesitation. He pointed out some areas where the ground touches the external wood siding of my home and told me I should fix that. He explained his services along with other services that are available, and offered me a few options to kill the bugs without me having to leave my home for a couple days. His prices are very reasonable, and the service was performed shortly after our initial meeting. For me, I am finally confident that I found someone who cares about my home as much as I do and will make sure these bugs don't come back.
