- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is reasonable and fair for both parties, and the reason why is because the service that I will provide you was built within 15 years of experience with big companies and many entrepreneurs. I am flexible based on the customers' circumstances to help them to grow their digital business and to maintain their brands on different channels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Fill out a form to get a better understanding of customer needs. 2- Make a phone call or in-person meeting to discuss about the business plan and product lifecycle. 3- Provide blueprint and the process to implement the project within a specific time and assigned goals (i.e. KPIs)
