- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge per person, we have set prices for our corporate menu packages, we specialize in working with customers and helping them create their own menu for private events like birthday parties, weddings, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to communicate with the customer and find out what they want their experience to be. Once we know where they're at we offer a menu tailored to their wants and needs and that works for their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate from the Oregon Culinary Institute and have worked in various fine dining and hotels for the past ten years. The caterers I represent are graduates from the California Culinary Academy and have been in the industry working in fine dining and catering for 30 years plus.
