Levy quoted a fair price, showed when he said he would, analyzed the problem, took feedback on the proposed solution and preformed the work to my complete satisfaction. There were a couple of unanticipated issues do to work done 25 years ago and he dealt with these without increasing his quote. [I have had several Pros bump into a problem and say "this is going to cost 50% more - felt like bait & switch]. Levy did not do this! He had to make an extra trip to the plumbing supply store - and again all he said was "I am sorry the water to the house will be off a little longer than expected." I would recommend him for other projects.

Levy was fantastic to work with on a plumbing job at our 1960s San Jose home. We had high incoming water pressure that needed a PRV replacement, plus newly installed PEX lines under the house that were loosely secured and needed proper anchoring. Levy diagnosed both issues clearly and was thorough every step of the way. He even replaced some of the piping to ensure the best compatibility with the new PRV, showing he cared about doing the job right rather than taking shortcuts. Despite the tricky crawl space access, he patiently walked us through what he was doing and why. He stuck with it until everything was resolved and pressure was back in normal range. Highly recommend him for anyone who wants a plumber who is both skilled and easy to work with.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. He responded quickly, gave me a great price, showed up when he said he would, and did excellent work. It’s hard to find someone who’s honest, reliable, and takes pride in what they do, but he checked every box. I highly recommend Levy. He responded immediately to my request, came by that afternoon, and immediately fixed my blocked sink and shower. Because the fix was so simple and the cost of the piece needed for the sink was quite literally one dollar, he simply recommended that I go to Home Depot and didn’t even charge me for his time. It’s rare and refreshing to work with someone who is so professional and honest. If you need a plumber, look no further than Levy.
