I reached out to PD Electric in distress because my power had been out and my apartment. I receive prompt responses and expert advice over the phone. This man knows electrical to a T. He was able to diagnose my problem with just me describing it over the phone. When he came for our initial appointment he was super early and even asked before coming because he knew the urgency. Once everything was fixed he gave me a run down of what helped and how to try to prevent it along with next steps for me to take with my apartment complex management team. I would also like to note this man’s demeanor was very reassuring and caring. I called 24 electricians that day and was actually cursed at by one for asking for immediate service. I made my choice to utilize his services based on his knowledge and care as we were talking through my predicament. (The great pricing didn’t hurt either).
