- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different it doesn't matter if small or big but you always have to do your best to stay within the customer's budget and be fair when it comes to giving quotes or you will loose the job and the most important you will loose the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to their ideas and find out what they're having in mind, work together as a team and solve any problems regarding the project, don't make them decide something they don't want to like some contractors do and always be friendly treat them with respect so they can trust you and have fun because if you love what you do you'll always be happy working in different job Environments with nice customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you want to become a great contractor and master your trade you have to be in the field and not behind a desk because the only way you can be really good at what you love to do is by living it and learning from your mistakes.
