- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing ranges depending on the kind of performance the client is looking for. We like to work with the client by using their preferred budget to match them with the perfect musicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin by facilitating a direct conversation with the client about what kind of performance they are envisioning, so that we can properly match them with the musicians that can deliver what they expect. We can also offer assistance by recommending particular groups, styles, and setlist's. Finally, we will work with the client's preferred budget and keep in frequent contact to make sure that timing, location, repertoire, and even dress code are all prepared for in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The co-founders of Pacific Currents Music are both college graduates from Rutgers University with musical experience. Will Comer is a long time professional pianist with a B.F.A in Jazz Studies and Performance, and Taylor Rea is a singer with a B.A in Sociology and Political Science.
