This gentleman provided the perfect services, not only in his expertise in his field and solving problems, but his approach to the individual customer and his empathy and assessment of what they are dealing with and going through. I have really come across someone doing business that has such a wonderful bedside manner and is truly concerned about helping the person as well as solving the problem, it’s a professional yet personal experience and it was what I needed and I will always be grateful that this was the person that got assigned to me. We weren’t able to finish things out because my world crash but I hope you read this because it had nothing to do with him. It was the attack going on that you were great, and I am I really like this site. Good idea but you got a good person to represent you peace out.

I got my first computer at a young age and had plenty of time to fix it, replace parts, and upgrade it as it became outdated.
