They were great. They built a custom scaffold to install a chandelier on our 18 foot ceiling. It's a narrow space so they got creative. They were very patient installing our chandelier that had a couple hundred pieces to attach. I would definitely recommend them.

Andy was great to work with. His "no charge" policy to come out and look at the project, responsiveness and price earned him the opportunity to complete the project. He was able to fully install a whole house electrical backup system in a day. Andy even came over the day prior to drop off the materials needed so he would be ready to go. He didn't ask for a dime until the job was complete and made sure everything worked as discussed. Don't even look for anybody else. Hire Andy.

Andy and the team were exceptional in helping to brighten our home with the installation of recessed led ceiling lights. Although the work was more involved than initially planned, the pricing stayed the same which I greatly appreciated. In addition, Andy brought additional members of his team onsite to move things forward faster. In addition, they are the cleanest electricians that I’ve ever worked with and prepped more for the work than most painters that I’ve worked with. They also patched all holes with texture to the point that the ceilings do not look like they need to be painted. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with Andy and the Ideal Electric team.

The company was honest, providing a generous quote for install of two ceiling fans, and three additional outlets on dedicated circuit. The employees were very professional and respectful of our home. They placed plastic flooring throughout the house to prevent damage. The employees work diligently without any issues, couldn’t be happier with the results
