We hired Sam and his team to remodel our house and build an ADU. Sam is very knowledgeable and thanks to his experience, he managed the project efficiently and smoothly. He took care of everything from A to Z, from going to the city hall to get the permits, meeting with the inspectors, making sure that we don’t lose any time during the process. It really helped making this construction project less stressful than it could’ve been. My family and I really enjoy our newly remodeled house. The work quality and attention to detail is amazing. I definitely recommend this company.
