- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To confirm a session, I ask my clients to transfer a deposit through Venmo or Paypal. This deposit covers the session, and is 100% refundable if my client is not satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My sessions are conducted over video call, and usually begins with me analyzing my clients' astrological charts. To prepare for and confirm our session, I need my clients to send me the following pieces of information at least one day beforehand: 1) Email address for video call invitation 2) Date of birth 3) Time of birth 4) Location of birth 5) Gender (if unclear) 6) 2-3 years of major events 7) Venmo/Paypal deposit The purpose of the 2-3 years from you is for me to verify how closely correlated your life events are to your charts. If there is low correlation, I would prefer to discontinue our session, and am happy to completely refund your deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent thousands of hours researching ancient, academic and modern texts on Buddhism, Daoism and Chinese Astrology/Metaphysics. Additionally, I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best masters in the field from China and Southeast Asia. They have been very generous with me, and I hope to bring their teachings to the English speaking world soon. Additionally, I am also fully certified as an MBTI Life and Career coach. That, coupled together with my background in economics and business, helps me bring an ancient art into our modern context.
