- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and depends on the service needed. Driving lessons are typically charged by the hour. DMV road test support, including a DMV-compliant vehicle, test-day accompaniment, and short pre-test familiarization, is priced separately. There are no hidden fees. I’m happy to explain options upfront so you can choose what fits your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning your driving background, test status, and goals. Based on your experience level, I’ll recommend either focused instruction or test-day support. If lessons are needed, we schedule practice sessions. If you’re test-ready, we focus on vehicle familiarization, test-day preparation, and calm accompaniment on the day of the DMV road test.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed driving school instructor in California and have received professional training in driver education, road safety, and behind-the-wheel instruction. My work follows standard driving school teaching methods, with an emphasis on safety, confidence, and real-world test readiness.
