What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically sliding scale flat fee. Some hourly pricing exists in certain practice areas.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client will consult at one of our three offices for a half hour (in some cases telephone consultations are permitted). Any consultation cost will be deducted from later fees if law firm is retained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degrees in English, Latin American Studies, International Law, JD, Real Estate License and various technology certifications. I have litigated in many jurisdictions including 9th Circuit, BIA, Bankruptcy Court, Family Law Court, Criminal Law Court (Federal and State), 4th Circuit, State Appellate Court, Federal Court of Appeals and others.
