- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently offering the following services (VIRTUAL ONLY): 1. Paint package- $250 (up to 3 rooms, +$50 for every additional room). This service includes interior paint color and finish selection for each room (walls, trims, doors, ceiling etc.) and includes Accent Walls /Wallpaper options if you'd like. 2. Bathroom Finishes Package - starting $750 (will vary depending on scope) The service includes complete material, finish and fixture selections for each bathroom. Decor items are not included in this package. Additional cost of $250 will be charged if layout redesign is needed. Client to provide overall dimensions (length, width and height of the space). 3. Kitchen Finishes Package- starting $800 (will vary depending on scope) The service includes complete material and finish selection your kitchen which will include cabinetry/drawer front styles, paint and tile selection, countertop and backsplash, light fixtures and hardware. Decor items are not included in this package. Additional cost of $300 will be charged if layout redesign or elevations are needed. Client to provide overall dimensions (length, width and height of the space). 4. 60min Virtual design consultation - $250 This is for clients who are making their own design selections but need help with decision making. I can help provide guidance and quick answers to what will or won't work in your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. INITIAL CONSULATION: All of the above mentioned services include a complimentary 20min phone call, where I will go over the design process with the client and I will answer any process related questions you may have before you are invoiced for the service. 2. INFORMATION GATHERING: After our initial consultation, I will share a short form to be filled out depending on the service chosen. This step is to know and understand your personal style and gather information on the space that we'll be working on. I might follow-up with additional questions if more information is needed. 3. DESIGN: After gathering all the information and understanding the scope of the project, I'll will share the timeline on when I can come up with the first proposal. All my services include 2 revisions (if more revisions are needed, additional charges will be applied which may vary on a project basis). 4. FINAL DESIGN PACKAGE: Once we are done with the revisions, I will share the final design package with you which will include links and details of all the products specified in a PDF format.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Architecture with a specialization in Interiors and a Gold Medal in Design. I have been working in the field of architecture and high end residential Interiors since last 14years.
