- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on season, there may be discounts. Also, referral to a friend can be a discount as well :) No fees, it is a human factor to be nice and honest, so we respect each others time. I will not make my clients wait, so i am expecting same treatment. Also, i have a pre-payment of a % of the photoshooting cost, usually this is like best commitent. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myslelf & dicuss all details regards photoshoot. So i can help with clothes, location, try to save time for my clients and make their photoshoot one of the best experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifestyle, family, kids photograpy course Saints Petersburg. For 2021 i have all year course for lightinig and portrait.
