Steve was WONDERFUL ! He found the real problem and fixed it as promised. He knew we needed to have the bathroom back in service the same day and he worked tirelessly to get it done. His price was far more reasonable than the other plumbers we got quotes from and Steve was extremely friendly, fair and professional. You could do no better than to hire East Bay for all of your plumbing needs. (and no, this is not a bogus review, he was really that good).

Our sink is finally unclogged!!! We needed a lot more plumbing work than we anticipated. Steve worked efficiently, replaced our broken faucet, cleaned up, and stayed within his estimate. We would hire him again.

For COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL rough in, repipe, re reroute, service, and repairs are all FLAT RATE pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers equally, new or repeat customers contact me because they need plumbing service. I always evaluate each job differently and I make a clear choice to complete the task.
