When I placed my request online, I received a response within minutes. Leona was prompt, professional, and easy to communicate with from the very beginning. She gave me several options for when to meet, and we quickly worked out a time that fit my schedule. She assisted me with all of the necessary paperwork and was extremely knowledgeable. I had no idea which documents I needed to sign, which to give her, or which to provide to the defendant, and she patiently walked me through everything. I later realized I had forgotten to give her an extra copy of one document. She asked for permission to take care of it herself and did not request any additional payment, even though it required extra work on her part. We made arrangements to meet again, and she remained reliable, organized, and responsive throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Leona to anyone in need of her services.
