When tasked to look for a moving company, we decided to go with JUST ASK We Help for moving and hauling services. It was the best decision as Shawn(owner) and his crew
were absolutely amazing! They were very professional, courteous, kind and took the stress out of moving by keeping things light and fun while getting the work done efficiently. Everything was handled with care and without us having to instruct them(unlike other movers). As a result, none of our items were scratched or damaged and they were respectful of our spaces. Communication was a breeze from fair pricing to flexibility with scheduling. The day of the move, they asked us how we wanted things every step of the way and all of their supplies were very clean, from the blankets to their truck. I’m appreciative of such a great and seamless move. JUST ASK We Help service is unmatched and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the Bay Area!

Honesty & integrity & safety is what we value all the time with providers & services of all kinds. In addition good attitude and kindness & patience at work are very important too.
Shawn reached all these in high standards & professionalism that as a store facing different clienteles did put us peace in mind & relaxing in regard of the security & liability in moving items to & from people.

Do not hesitate to utilize JustAsk!
Moving is already stressful but the JustAsk team were incredible. They packed my place up beautifully and the movers were professional and organized.
I was not prepared for the move but they made the whole process seamless and went above and beyond. I was truly impressed and I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

They went above and beyond to care for the moving experience. They are competitively priced, communicative, timely, efficient and diligent. I totally appreciated their professionalism and wanting to get things done. I despised my last mover. Sorry but not sorry they lost a customer. JustAsk gained a customer for life. I’m so happy with my move! I would definitely recommend JustAsk.

Shawn and Brian/Bryant came put together my living/loungey room. Stays in touch up to arrival, makes sure you have not forgotten to ask anything Very friendly guys. They were knowledgeable. Work was efficient and timely. Picked up the smallest of trash as they worked. Takes all types of payment. I do recommend them highly and would hire them again. And just as the names says.. “JustAsk”. They even put up with Lulu 🐾
