- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
TERMS AND AGREEMENT ALL fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. A 90 day commitment is required. Clients must book a weekly private lesson in advance using the booking calendar. ALL submitted videos have a 24-48 hour turnaround time for evaluation. ALL lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable. In case of illness or emergency 24 hrs cancellation notice is required to avoid charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I teach from a progressive growth mindset and understand that a “cookie cutter” approach is not the answer. No two players are alike and they all learn differently. The job of a coach is knowing when to push and when to pull and why? First session is 90+ mins to determine: 1. Full body movement assessment. 2. Athlete Capacity Evaluation (ACE) Benchmark testing 3. Video of swing, throwing and fielding. 4. Set up Athlete Digital Profile in order to communicate and receive weekly workouts and drills. 5. Daily Athletic Performance Survey (DAPS) required weekly. 6. Rinse and repeat process for newly acquired goals as we move forward. 7. Focus on the process not the results.
