A complete pleasure to work with. Juan and his crew did exactly what I needed and then some. I highly recommend him and his crew.
Juan did an amazing job painting our cabinets! He was professional, friendly, and took his time to make sure the job was done right. The cabinets look fantastic and really elevated our bathroom. Highly recommend Juan if you want great results.

I don’t have enough good things to say about Juan! We found him when we noticed some of our stucco suddenly popped and were in desperate need to get it handled but also investigated - why did it happen in the first place. We met with a couple contractors but Juan was the most knowledgeable, and unlike the rest of them he wasn’t trying to upsell us into major renovation work. He took care of the issue we had and did even a little bit more! Also, before he came onsite for the stucco work I informed him that we needed a couple baseboards installed, which he took care of quickly and professionally. His work on the stucco was beyond what I could’ve expected - everything looks great now AND he was able to match the new paint extremely closely with the rest of the paint on the wall. Just high quality work across the board. We are very grateful to have met Juan and we will absolutely be working with him again soon.

Juan was a pleasure to work with during the painting of the exterior of my house. He was punctual, hard working, and one of the most honest individuals I've ever had the pleasure to meet.
He is flexible in that I added more work to his schedule by asking him to stucco my lengthy back wall which wasn't something I considered doing at the start of the job. He not only did a fantastic job on the wall, I was so impressed we had him re-stucco our whole house.
His hard working crew of Manual (his son), Juan Manual, and Pancho were considerate, professional, and got the job done on time and without complaint. They are all self-starters and work non-stop (except for short lunch breaks) all day long until late in the afternoon. My neighbors were impressed with the work ethic and results of JC Services, and my wife and I love the way they made our house look. Thanks Juan and crew!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies with each job, we can give you a free estimate for whatever project you need, we will try working with you and try to negotiate the price if the customer would like to but if the price the customer is asking for is unreasonable then we will have to respectfully decline the job. We accept cash, check or credit cards. (All jobs being paid with credit card will be charged a fee of 3% of the total amount that will be charged by the point of sale system)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is, getting into contact with the customer and trying to set a date and time for a free estimate, once we go to the site of the job we will give the customer an exact price and rough estimate on the time it would take to complete the work for the work that , if the customer decides to choose JC services then we will set up a time and date for when the customer would like for us to start, sometimes we do ask for a deposit on jobs that are more than $400
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate of competency in electricity and all the years I worked with the family, a lot of what I know I learned while I was working in the family's business. I also went to the general contractors school for a time to learn more about the industry and to keep up to date with codes and laws required by the state.
