A complete pleasure to work with. Juan and his crew did exactly what I needed and then some. I highly recommend him and his crew.
Juan did an amazing job painting our cabinets! He was professional, friendly, and took his time to make sure the job was done right. The cabinets look fantastic and really elevated our bathroom. Highly recommend Juan if you want great results.

Juan and his crew completed a job on our fathers property that kept getting bigger the more we dug into it. The kind of job where in this case it was a small area of subfloor that had water damage. When the job was finished, almost twice the square feet of floor had been repaired and tiered, a new vanity, various plumbing fixtures, and the trim to go with the tile and vanity had been installed.
The price kept changing accordingly, and at no time did we feel we were taking advantage of because the job had started or we were over a barrel.
Tragically, between the time the job it started and was completed our father passed away unexpectedly. Juan was patient, as there were delays and picked up most of the materials and fixtures that made it easier for us during this challenging time for our family. The work he did was part of a bigger project that needed to be completed with a deadline because the tenant’s own situation.
Throughout the job he arrived when he said he would, kept a clean work area, and had a crew to ensure the job would be done when we requested it would.
And overall we liked him becausehe’s just a nice guy.
Myself and my family, will definitely use him in the future.

Juan was great! He changed out some electrical outlets/switches and replaced a patio light fixture. He was very respectful of my space and cleaned up after himself (big deal for me since not all workers do). He wore his mask. I plan on using him again in the future.

Finding a good person to help in any home repair is difficult. I got lucky with Juan Cruz of JC Services. Juan responded quickly, came over to see the projects that were needed and provide a full estimate of the cost with materials and labor. He is so kind and very meticulous and was able to paint my kitchen cabinets which included old and new construction, install all the hardware, repair the damaged areas in the backsplash walls and also removed an old wall heater and patched up the hole. Everything looks great and I will definitely use Juan again. 5 Stars!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies with each job, we can give you a free estimate for whatever project you need, we will try working with you and try to negotiate the price if the customer would like to but if the price the customer is asking for is unreasonable then we will have to respectfully decline the job. We accept cash, check or credit cards. (All jobs being paid with credit card will be charged a fee of 3% of the total amount that will be charged by the point of sale system)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is, getting into contact with the customer and trying to set a date and time for a free estimate, once we go to the site of the job we will give the customer an exact price and rough estimate on the time it would take to complete the work for the work that , if the customer decides to choose JC services then we will set up a time and date for when the customer would like for us to start, sometimes we do ask for a deposit on jobs that are more than $400
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate of competency in electricity and all the years I worked with the family, a lot of what I know I learned while I was working in the family's business. I also went to the general contractors school for a time to learn more about the industry and to keep up to date with codes and laws required by the state.
