Working with Dawn was a wonderful experience! I had a very specific idea for a triptych mural that I wanted for my home, and she worked with me to craft exactly what I needed. She made my vision come to life in a truly beautiful and elegant manner. She was so accommodating, helpful, thoughtful, and provided creative solutions for logistical challenges, as the three panels she painted were 13.5 feet tall by 6.5 feet wide! It was beyond my expectations. She assisted with all aspects of the project, from the concept to the painting to the framing and installation. I have no notes! I'm very thankful for her patience, honestly, obvious talent, and lovely personality! I recommend her for your home or business project without reservation!

I cannot recommend Dawn enough! She transformed the nursery with this incredible Winnie the Pooh mural in just two days. Her professional approach and attention to detail are second to none—the watercolor effect is even more beautiful in person than in photos. It was such a positive, seamless experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an artist who is talented, efficient, and professional, look no further!

What can I say. Having such an accomplished artist as Dawn paint a mural for us is an honor. The work that she accomplished was amazing. She was responsive, stayed in touch at all times and was a joy to have at our house. And the mural… absolutely beautiful. Neighbors are coming over and are amazed. If you would like a muralist Dawn is your person. Thank you, Dawn.
Whitney-Hall Studio made two beautiful murals for our new business in Carlsbad, CA. She was extremely responsive, willing to work within our budget, and overall really great to work with! Look no further than Whitney-Hall Studio for any of your mural needs! We will definitely be using her again in the future!

She is EXCELLENT, hire her! I am the manager of a full-service HOA high rise. I hired her to put back a destroyed mural in one of the residences and it looks better than before.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(PLEASE do not contact me for Graffiti or holiday window painting work..thank you!!!!)
pricing is mostly based on size and difficulty..for example a lot of ladder or scaffold climbing can raise the rate a bit, or heavy detail or portraits..
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish art direction and scope, mock ups and sketches are done to create design and estimate. If we continue, we can fine tune details, set up the calendar and proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at CSULB as well as Otis Parsons school of design. I had a mentor for 7 years, as well as was an apprentice at College of The Desert Art department. I co-owned and operated TessWorks pottery studio at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. from there owned and operated Von Flue Studio speciallizing in murals, fine art, pottery, illustrations until the name changed to Whitney-Hall Studio in 2014
