- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start out with a phone call. What is the job, what are the details, what are the clients wishes and time frame. Then we will meet in person to go over the job and give a proper, detailed estimate of time and amount they are likely to spend. We will negotiate and settle on terms that everyone is comfortable with and then talk about scheduling and time frames. Often we'll take a deposit and then set up a time to begin. We are punctual, reliable and will always work until our clients are happy!
