Norman is my new hero! He fixed everything I needed him to and was available by phone after fixing my sound system in case I had questions. I had several and he picked up two times and answered the questions. I give him my highest recommendation!

We hired Norm to install a ceiling-mounted projector, wiring for a computer hookup and new lighting in the conference room of our office. Norm was responsible and did a fine job, however, there were several things I would have liked for him to improve. Norm was unable to hide the wires so they don't look great along the ceiling of our conference room. He also took a long time to order a projector. Norm was, however, very responsive to our concerns, got the work done when he said he would and was easy to deal with throughout the process. We would hire Norm again but likely for less technically challenging jobs.
