- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regardless of the type of photography, quotes include capturing and editing the photos, as well as the digital delivery of those photos, with every service that I provide. I work very well with client's budgets and price ranges. For a firm price, I would ask for a consultation over the phone to better understand the requirements you would like me to meet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer can expect high quality work, with every service I provide. 1) With new customers, I would typically schedule an over the phone consultation to better understand and discuss the details and requirements you would like me to exceed in capturing your situation, as well as discuss a firm price that works with your budget. 2) I will be in constant contact with you up until the date of the photoshoot. 3) At the end of the photoshoot, I accept payment in cash or through Venmo. 4) I will edit your photos and be in contact with you until the delivery of those photos. 5) I will deliver your photos through an online download (typically Dropbox), or through mailing over a USB if preferred. 6) If you are satisfied with my work, I will kindly ask you to leave me a review on my Thumbtack profile :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer who has been shooting landscapes, travel photography, portraits, real estate, and weddings for the last 8 years all across the globe. I have worked with clients ranging from large corporations and advertising departments to smaller companies, to start ups and individuals and families.
