Sergio, the office admin team, and the rest of the crew are always right there with what we need to keep our HVAC system tuned up and running well. Everyone takes time to explain and educate me on the system check and answer my questions on how things work and what I need to do as a homeowner to monitor and care for the system. Also, no extra sales pitches or promoting add-ons. I always feel heard and taken care of by the whole team. Thank you!

Gene Burch Plumbing, Heating & Air is the most trustworthy business in Marin County. We have hired them for years and have always been 100% satisfied with their work and with their prices. Their technicians are so knowledgeable about installing or fixing our furnace, our air conditioner and our plumbing. When you call Gene Burch you are fortunate to get to speak to Maria, who is so knowledgeable and always finds a way to send help to you asap. Diego and Raul were here last week to work on our A/C and were polite, friendly and fixed our A/C so quickly. Two of the nicest, most knowledgeable gentlemen ever. You will be 100% satisfied with Gene Burch.

Marin T and Diego are excellent friendly technicians. They not only found our heating issue but helped find a solution to adjusting vent heat in difficult to reach spot in our bathroom.
True to their word the office staff found us a next day appointment due to a cancellation.
We have been customers for eight years and have always been appreciative of the excellent friendly service we have received.

We had a warranty repair on an AC Condenser. They identified the problem, ordered the part and installed once it was received. We've used Gene Burch for all our HVAC needs! Great team!
