Update November 2025: once again, Ivan and Sergio have saved the day with their expert and efficient plumbing work. They made quick work of opening up our kitchen drainage line, and provided great recommendations for preventing future incidents.
Previous Review: We’re been using Gene Burch for several years now for general plumbing as well as hydrology services for our radiant heating system. Having an older home we seem to have a need for their services a couple times a year- whether a leak, a clog, or annual servicing of our heating system. Every technician that they’ve ever sent out to us has been professional, highly competent, and very pleasant to have in our home.

This company is now our go to for plumbing problems. In this case we had a tankless water heater at a rental house that would not work. This is our first experience with Gene Burch Plumbing and we can describe our experience with them as professional, timely, considerate, reasonable and they are good communicators! In other words we received wonderful service. Good service is a rare experience. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Brad from Gene Burch Plumbing! He came out yesterday and quickly restored our water by snaking the drain. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We're so grateful for his help and highly recommend him and the team at Gene Burch Plumbing!
