Srijana offered me a free consultation and even gave me some free legal advice, since my situation was so urgent and I could tell that she could help me...she provided several sessions of complimentary support, which was a game-changer for me, in this particular situation...emergency landlord-tenant issues.
Further, I had this situation "man-splained" to me by another (male) attorney from Alameda County Legal Aid Office who did not listen to what I wanted, so in comparison, Srijana is a JOY!

I called this morning to cancel my appointment. Because I live in Sunnyvale. and the young lady. I talked to Lives and San Rafael, but she was willing to meet me in San Mateo. But my wife needed somebody closer. We found another attorney which probably won't be as good as the young lady I talked to. Her professionalism and responsiveness was What's fast?

SRIJANA DHAKHWA of Everest Legal Docs provided us with excellent service in completing our entire estate plan. Srijana's deep experience and attention to detail was evident through out the process. She was great at explaining all of the "legal jargon" which at times was complex and confusing. Srijana is very patient, but persistent in outlining the tasks and follow-ups that were required to complete the entire process. We've been putting off our estate planning for awhile because of cost and the effort required to do it. Our fees are usually fixed. With fixed fees, your bill will not be a surprise. Initial consultation upto 20 minutes is always free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start our work with a contract.
After the contract is signed and the fees paid, we go on to intake and then the documents. We do not rest until you are happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SRIJANA DHAKHWA is an attorney with a JD from University of San Francisco in California and Ph.D. in Economics from University of California, Santa Cruz.
