Robert and his install team did a great job with my 7 panel system. They were in and out in under 4 hours. Clean install and accommodated my requests on joiner box, conduit run and breaker locations.Jason on their sales team is very helpful and well educated not just on the product but also on the construction process. This was very helpful as I am in the process of a full DIY remodel.

My friend referred me to Solar Technologies of San Ramon and its Solar Energy Consultant, Keenan Shaw. He had work done by their company many years ago, and was purchasing additional panels for his electric vehicles. Keenan was very enthusiastic about their product and its offering remarkable savings on my PGE bill. He knowledgeably and patiently enabled me to file all the necessary paperwork correctly. My two day installation went smoothly and skillfully thanks to Installation Lead, David Ortega. He kept me informed on all stages of execution. He patched a couple of roofing vulnerabilities he happened to come across. He even repaired an electrical panel door whose screw had been stripped. I am delighted with Solar Technologies, and look forward to my new system's considerable PGE savings. Thank you Keenan, David and your quality company!

We called Solar Technologies to ask for help with a failed SolarEdge inverter that was from another vendor, who had gone out of business. They offered helpful self-troubleshooting advice through email, before determining a visit would be required. We saw their field technician Jesse four times total, and he did a fantastic job. Smart - personable - enthusiastic - friendly - I cannot recommend this company highly enough, for their prompt and professional service, and for hiring (and retaining) such a quality individual as Jesse proved to be. Everything works great, and I highly recommend this company.

I went by my neighbor and saw his solarpanels. Since we are in a town home community I was looking for a solar company that has experiences to deal with HOA's. He recommended Solar Harmonics.The project went very well and in time. I had always contact to the people and my questions got answered in 24hours.I like that Solar Harmonics picked local vendors for the panels and the inverter. The calculated energy harvesting is on point.If you plan for an vehicle check our estimated millage per year and how much kwh/mile your new car will take. That should help to estimate the needed energy for your car. In most cases it will make sense to just max out the space you have on the roof.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on your energy usage and desired offset. We will create a custom quote to meet your needs and your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to setup a virtual zoom meeting that typically lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We can visit your home if preferred. Prior to the meeting we will request a copy of your electric bill in order to generate an accurate proposal for your review. We will then propose a few energy solutions to meet your needs (including solar, battery storage and EV charging options if needed). If you decide to move forward, we will then schedule a site visit to come out to your home for measurement and to review your electrical panel to ensure it is suited for the proposed system size. From there we will begin the process of finalizing your design, collecting necessary permits and scheduling your installation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Solar consultants have been working with us for 5+ years. They are all licensed for in-home sales and have gone through extensive training. All of our electricians certified and installation teams are in-house.
