Prices are dictated by type of service, location, difficultly, client needs like timeframes, particular instructions, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by getting an understanding of the client. What is important to them. What ideas, priorities, inspo, etc. From there we establish a framework and game plan for everyone. We ball.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Funded and construction project managed my own investments for over a decade. When your own capital is on the line, you learn quickly how to excel.
