FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here’s how my pricing works—simple and transparent: Fixed-price first. Most projects are quoted as flat fees with a clear scope and deliverables. No media markups. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta/etc. I don’t take a cut or add hidden fees. Representative fees (common items): Google Business Profile setup: $750/location (when you provide photos/video). GBP management: $500/location/month. Tools & software. Any third-party platforms (e.g., call tracking) are billed at cost and approved by you first. Discounts. I offer multi-location and prepay discounts—tell me your situation and I’ll apply the best rate. Ownership. You retain full ownership of accounts, data, and creative we set up for you. Payments. ACH preferred. Credit cards are welcome (+ standard processing fee). If you share your goals and timeline, I’ll recommend the most cost-effective option and lock the price before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s my standard, no-drama onboarding flow: Discovery (Day 0–1) Quick call to confirm goals (leads, CPL/ROAS, locations), budget, and success metrics. You share access (Google Ads/Analytics, GBP, website/CMS, CallRail if used). Audit & Baseline (Days 1–5) I review tracking, GBP, site/SEO, and paid channels. We document what’s working, what’s wasting money, and set a clean baseline for leads/calls. Plan & Priorities (Day 5–7) You get a simple 30-day action plan with ranked quick wins vs. strategic fixes, clear deliverables, and a flat price. We align on offers and geography.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Short version: I’m a contractor-turned-marketer with deep, real-world training. Built & led a service business to Inc. 5000 growth. I scaled Balanced Comfort (HVAC/plumbing) from a small local team to a multi-market organization with thousands of reviews and repeat Inc. 5000 recognition—learning what actually drives booked jobs, not just clicks. Platform expertise (hands-on): Google Ads & GA4, Google Business Profile, CallRail, Looker Studio, GoHighLevel, Housecall Pro, BrightLocal, Ahrefs/Moz. Data & tracking focus: UTM governance, GA4 event design, call/form attribution, spam filtering/IVR—so decisions are based on clean data. Local SEO training: Listings/citations, on-page for service + city pages, review systems, and GBP category/services/products optimization. Paid media playbooks: Account rebuilds, negative keyword strategy, geo/bid controls, offer testing, and ROAS/CPL pacing. AI & automation: Practical training building AI phone agents, lead routing, and follow-up automations (SMS/email/IVR) that tie to calendars and CRMs. Continuous learning: I stay current through Google Skillshop, Meta Blueprint coursework, and vendor/industry workshops. Bottom line: my “education” is equal parts formal training and years of shipping campaigns inside a real home-service company—so I bring battle-tested systems, not theory.
