Not satisfied with this service. Energy Aid was sent out as a subcontractor for Sun Run. My solar has been only giving half its total out put for over a year. While the Energy Aid techs have been pleasant, they still have not fixed our issue. They have looked at the system on multiple occasions and keep saying the system is working although my real time output through SunRuns website continues to show half out put.
