Not satisfied with this service. Energy Aid was sent out as a subcontractor for Sun Run. My solar has been only giving half its total out put for over a year. While the Energy Aid techs have been pleasant, they still have not fixed our issue. They have looked at the system on multiple occasions and keep saying the system is working although my real time output through SunRuns website continues to show half out put.
Poweraid, Inc dba Energyaid's reply
Hi, Taylor. We understand you are dissatisfied with your system, which has not been performing at its total capacity for over a year. Our technician has thoroughly inspected the solar panel system and found no issues. They have taken the time to provide you with a detailed explanation of the situation to help you understand what has happened. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. We are always here to assist you.
