What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system for every theme party menu as every theme and booked entertainer is different. Ask for our menu for your particular theme when contacting us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out our menu, the client selects their package and add-ons. We send out our contract and they have 2 days to fill out and sign it electronically and pay their 50% deposit. Once we have these items their entertainment is officially booked!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the owner: I am a professional event planner I have 18 years experience. I am a pro face painter and artist. I pay attention to detail, have an artists eye and have designed many costumes and wigs.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this when I was a stay-at-home-mom with two little children. What started as a little princess party business on the side grew to a full service entertainment business that has entertained over 11,000 children in 8 years!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with high profile celebrities, corporations, non-profits, families, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Compare apples with apples when price comparing. Not every entertainment business is the same. Ask lots of questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Where will I be hosting my party?
If my party is outdoors is it the notorious rainy season?
How many children do I anticipate at my party?
If my child is shy, is it a good idea to book a character?
