- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Handyman Services we generally charge between $95-$105/hr with a $225 minimum per job. prices may vary depending on type of work/location/length of job etc. For Construction/remodel and larger jobs we bid by the project based off a clearly defined scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years combined experience in the trades, including electrical, plumbing, property maintenence/renovation, roofwork/waterproofing, basic carpentry, welding experience. Previously employed for several property management companies and hotels.
