- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to discuss and agree upon a flat rate for most jobs. My hourly is very high because it's more inconvenient to micro-manage my time and I provide and manage a vast array of professional services. Contact me with your budget, and I will let you know exactly what can be achieved with it.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The yellow-pages are done, TV is on the way out, mail is for checks, bills, and Amazon... It seems that the only thing that shows the world your business' image is your web-presence. That's it. There is no sugar-coating it, if you choose to be cheap about it, that is probably how your company will look to the world. And, it's a write-off.
