I got a great deal with this company on a long overdue scanning project that I couldn't push back anymore. I was almost having to tip toe around in my own office! After the first call they had someone come by to pick up the boxes the next day. They finished the job ahead of time and even dropped the cost on an almost empty box I accidentally included in what I gave them. So far so good, I hope I won't have to do another overhaul like that again but if I do I know who to call.

My work with GDI has been nothing less than outstanding. If I ever had a question they've always returned my calls within minutes instead of hours. The work done is very professional and it saves my group alot of time so we can do more business instead of stuck in a dark closet looking for a clients information. Would use them again definitely.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I saw that larger companies in the nation were going paperless but doing this themselves. I believe that there was a need for companies that didn't have the time or resources to go paperless or handle their own document production needs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Scanning of medical charts for EHR integration. Legal document printing and copying. Records storage and retrieval for corporations and agencies.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A large medical practice contracted Global Document Imaging to scan roughly 1000 file boxes of medical charts. Each day, this practice request around 5 charts through digital transfer. All 12 doctors and their assistants are extremely pleased with the service.
