Ive worked with many successful clients in an operational capacity managing various renovations and Jose stands out as the best among them. While most general contractors take advantage of your lack of knowledge in the construction industry, Jose serves as an educational partner throughout the process. He is oriented toward perfection at all costs. He knows what good work is and he doesnt cut corners because no one is watching. It is his integrity that makes him so good at what he does.Not only is he unabashedly honest, his communication is top notch which is rare in this world. I was told at one point that Jose was running 9 projects simultaneously while I remained his point person for a significant 6-figure renovation, and yet we seemed like his only client.I formed a personal connection with Jose because of his collaboration and general positive candor. He is an excellent general contractor but he is also simply put, an amazing human being and youll recognize that in him if youre fortunate enough to work with him and his elite team shoutout to Jonathan. I just had the best experience with Royal Restoration. Above and beyond! My house tested for mold after all the remediation was completed by my contractor. Royal Restoration came in and did a deep cleaning in closets, behind books & paintings, etc. They came back 3 times to ensure I got a totally negative measurement for mold. They stuck with it. I am ecstatic that my whole house has tested mold free. And the workers are incredibly hard-working and friendly. Thank you, Al, Jose, Dario and the whole team!

This team is simply the best. From the initial water intrusion and mold remediation through the rebuildnot once, but twice after I discovered additional, previously undetected water intrusion in another part of the housethey were responsive, communicative, and professional every step of the way.They were patient in answering my many questions, took the time to help me understand the scope of work, and were as flexible as possible in accommodating my living and work schedule throughout the project. I hired Royal Restoration of Santa Barbara to repair substantial water damage that occurred after a major rainfall. They responded promptly with a detailed proposal. I accepted it and they began work immediately. I was impressed by how logical and systematic they were in solving the problem. They identified the source of the leak as an issue in the roof. They then proceeded to fix the roof problem, inspect for possible mold, fully test their work and close up the section of the interior ceiling that they had to open to find the problem.Throughout this process all of their people were highly professional and a pleasure to interact with. Alvaro Lopez, the project manager, went beyond the call of duty to insure that everything was done correctly and on time. Janzel, another of their employees was outstanding in finding the location of the leak.I would not hesitate in hiring them again. My experience with them was excellent.

Each job has different complexities and challenges, no job is ever priced the same. Give us an opportunity to come out and give you a free quote! We do provide a 10% Cash Pay discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we first arrive to your home, tensions are always high and stress is through the roof. We give our customers space during the initial 2 day period as this is the most hectic time. But like I tell each and every one of our customers, every problem has a solution! We are here to take on that stress away and by hiring us we hope to exceed all your expectations from start to finish.
