I called several services to check up our AC to understand what’s broken, Sam was the third guy I spoke to, but the only guy who explained to me clearly what the problem may be and fixes and how the charges would be accordingly. He was very down to earth from his explanation to price. Right away I knew he’s my guy, he was also able to provide a fast hour to come by and now we have a beautiful working AC again , and leaking issue was resolved.

He is competent and professional. Bid strongly for my project (AC not cooling) and showed up early next morning. However, two things - one, the AC started working after he added coolants, but then again stopped after less than a week! Two, I spent $600 for refilling coolant to a moderately sized AC. Later, I checked and found it to be much higher than expected range. I just wish so much expense got more than a few days of cooling!
