Sam is a very responsive contractor. I left him a msg late in the afternoon and he was willing to show up early next morning to diagnose whether my floor furnace is worth to be repaired. He was able to give his opinion unbiased instead of upselling customer for a straight replacement. Will consider him for all future HVAC work for sure.
