BuildIn Construction Group specializes in rebuilds, new home construction, home additions, and ADUs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We handle approximately 40 projects each year, with our strongest presence in the South Bay and additional projects across the Peninsula and the greater Bay Area.

We had a really great experience with BuildIn for our addition and full-house renovation project in Mountain View.
What we liked most was that BuildIn handled the whole process from start to finish. They helped us with the design and permit process in the beginning and continued managing the project all the way through construction and completion. The entire project was completed in less than a year from the start of the design and permit process, which was much faster than the timelines we’ve heard from many of our friends who worked with other GCs. It also saved us quite a bit of money on temporary housing and rent.
Our project manager was great to work with. He was always responsive, easy to communicate with, and very professional. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we could get a quick response and knew someone was keeping track of everything.
Overall, we’re very happy with how the project turned out. Having the design, permitting, and construction all managed by one team made the process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend BuildIn to our friends and family.

I had a great experience working with BuildIn on my home project, and I’m very happy with the final result.
They helped us build a 515 SF addition and complete a 1st floor remodel. We also had some existing foundation issues with the house, and their team was able to address and repair those problems as part of the project. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they put into making sure everything was done properly.
From the beginning to the end, the communication and cooperation were very pleasant. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They listened to our needs, helped us throughout the process, and handled the challenges that came up along the way.

We hired BuildIn to build a roughly 400 sq. ft. ADU that we planned to use as a pool house and entertaining space. We were really impressed with how quickly they were able to get the project completed.
The process was much more straightforward than we expected. The BuildIn team handled the construction and kept things moving without unnecessary delays. They were also responsive whenever we had questions, and it was easy to communicate with the project team throughout the build.
